The Blue Elephant spent a recent Sunday morning preparing a sumptuous Sunday wedding brunch for a great client. The bride and groom were relaxed, fun, and wanted to throw a great brunch following their wedding celebration. The meal included omelettes and Belgium waffles, both made to order, and a variety of other breakfast favorites. It was a crisp fall morning, and a good time was had by all.
