New Elephant for the Cafe

We would like to say thank you to Jessica McMahon, who made this elephant for us for the cafe this fall. Jessica has been interning with the Blue Elephant since June, and is a culinary arts major at Southern Maine Community College. She has been fantastic to work with, and a welcome addition to our operation. Thanks, Jess!
