Blue Elephant would like to join the Biddeford/Saco Chamber of Commerce in bidding farewell to Bernard Featherman, who announced his retirement this week from his position of President of the Biddeford/Saco Chamber of Commerce. Bernard was welcoming to us when we opened in 2007, and we wish he and wife Sandra the best in this next phase of their lives.
