Dedication of the Arthur B. Huot Veteran’s Housing Facility

   
Blue Elephant Events and Catering was honored this week to provide breakfast for nearly 200 guests at the dedication of the new Arthur B. Huott Veteran Housing Facility. Speakers included Amy Oulette (daughter of Arthur “Skip” Huot), Dale McCormick (director of Maine Housing), June Koegel (CEO, Volunteers of America New England), Jatrice Martel Gaiter (Volunteers of America), and Senator Susan Collins, among many others. The facility will provide housing for 10 homeless Maine veterans, and will be the first in the state to provide housing for homeless women.
