One of our new corporate clients had a breakfast cocktail party this week for its board of directors, and we had a great time coming up with items that were bite-sized, tidy, and delicious. Their board members were welcomed to the early-morning meeting with breakfast “hors d’oeuvres” consisting of asparagus wraps with bacon cream cheese, mini bagels with lox and cream cheese, petite pastry biscuits with scrambled eggs, homemade mini muffins, fresh fruit skewers, and other small tasty treats.
